Action Alert!

Lyme Protest Meeting  -  May 7, 2008  -  11 AM - 2 PM
at Congressman Pallone’s office in Long Branch, NJ

The Lyme bill, HR 741, is being held up in committee in congress. Congressman Frank Pallone, NJ, is Chairman of the House Health subcommittee and only he can get this bill out for a vote. As a result, we are planning a Lyme Protest at Congressman Pallone’s office to show him we are serious about needing this bill to be passed. We plan to hold up signs and and maybe chant. We will have a few signs, but it would be helpful if you brought your own.

Congress is bowing to pressure from the IDSA to prevent this bill from becoming law. HR 741 is not yet on the calendar for action. Only you can persuade Congressman Pallone to put it there, with your phone calls and by coming to this protest.
